Bohdan Zinchenko
Bohdan Zinchenko began his professional hockey career in the FPHL at the age of 21 and currently plays with the Indiana Sentinels. He has surpassed 100 professional games and recorded more than 75 points, establishing himself as a consistent contributor at the pro level.
His development path includes time in the QJHL and an invitation to the Baie-Comeau Drakkar (QMJHL) training camp, which helped lay the foundation for his experience within high-level junior hockey.
Over the course of his career, Zinchenko has built effective on-ice and off-ice training methods rooted in his own professional experience. His coaching philosophy is performance-driven, with a strong emphasis on practical, game-relevant skills and long-term player development.

Elizabeth Clines
Motivated and detail-oriented business professional with hands-on experience in client communications, document management, scheduling, and cross-department coordination. Known for strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Brings a foundation in customer service, administrative support, and problem-solving with a commitment to efficiency and clear communication in fast-paced environments. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in General Studies with a concentration in social and behavioural sciences and a focus on developing broad communication and analytical skills.
About Our Game Operations Coordinator

Brittney Eads
A native Southerner, Brittney grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and spent over 15 years working in various childcare capacities, most notably as the coordinator of an overnight adventure camp. She decided to relocate to Indiana after obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Management from Union University. Upon her move, Brittney took a position as the Game Day Coordinator for the Indiana Sentinels, which has since led to her position with BZ Hockey. She is excited about the mission of this team— helping children learn to work hard and achieve goals in order to fulfill their dreams. Brittney looks forward to bringing her organizational and visual media expertise to another hockey venture while also getting to know families in the community.
Fun fact: Brittney was in the Nashville Children’s Choir for a number of years where she worked alongside “Krazy Kyle”, the organist for the Nashville Predators. She has performed on the stage at Bridgestone Arena for several national television broadcasts.

Sydney Morrow
Student at Manchester University majoring in Sport Management with 6 years of coaching and officiating experience. Excited to work at BZ Hockey to develop better hockey IQ and gain experience in coaching various ages and skill levels. Wanting to bring to BZ Hockey consistent development for goaltenders and 1 on 1 practice directed to each players needs.
Fun Fact: Recipient of 2025 Chris Hahn Memorial Award and has a published goaltending playbook

How was the "BZ hockey" program developed?
- 2008–2009: Worked in Europe, developing a strong understanding of the Eastern European approach to hockey player development.
- 2010: BZ Hockey was founded.
- 2010–2012: Expanded knowledge of the Canadian development model by training with renowned coaches such as Anna Shcherbatova, Bobby Dollas, Igor Chinyaev, Daniel Morin, and Turcotte, as well as participating in practices with Hockey Québec.
- 2012–2015: Developed our own comprehensive training methodology, combining European structure with high-performance Canadian and American development systems for both forwards and goaltenders.
- 2015–2025: Successfully applied the BZ Hockey program to develop and support the growth of young, high-level hockey players.
